HTG Hair Transplant Group – Terms & Conditions
Updated Terms & Conditions 12.03.2024.
Confirmation payment for securing the procedure date constitutes a contract between the
client and HTG Hair Transplant Group. All terms and conditions are to be read and fully
understood before entering a legally binding contract between:

Schedule of Fees
The total cost of your hair transplant surgery includes the following:
• Initial consultation
• Surgery
• 3 PRP sessions
• Medication
• Post-op care up to one year
• Post-op care kit
The clinic is not held responsible for any accidental damage to the hair follicles post-surgery.
The patient is responsible for ensuring both the donor and graft areas are managed
according to the post-operative instructions. Any additional surgery that is required will
incur additional costs:
• Emergency review by surgeon – £1000.00
• Emergency touch-ups to damaged grafts will incur a minimum surgical fee of £1000.
The surgeon will confirm the final cost after reviewing the case.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £500 is payable at the time of booking. The surgery date must
be within 6 months from the day of booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from the
total procedure cost and is non-refundable. Until such time as a deposit is paid, the chosen
booking date will remain available for other patients to reserve. The deposit can be used
once within a 12-month period from the date received to re-schedule and secure a
treatment date.
Outstanding Balance
The full outstanding balance is due no later than 28 days before the procedure date. Failure
to pay by the due date will result in cancellation of surgery and termination of the contract.
Rescheduling
• Before 28 days of the procedure: No fees will be charged.
• 14-28 days inclusive before surgery: £500.00 rescheduling fee.
• 0-14 days inclusive before surgery: £1000.00 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations
All cancellations by the patient must be submitted in writing or via email.
• Before 28 days of the surgery date: No charge.
• 14-28 days before the procedure: 50% of total procedure fee will be charged.
• 0-14 days before the procedure: 100% of total procedure fee will be charged.
For cancellations due to illness, a letter from an NHS GP is mandatory. Management makes
the final decision at its sole discretion.
If a medical condition is found on the day of surgery that prevents treatment, a £500 charge
will be charged if the patient chooses to rebook at a later date. If the patient does not
rebook, 50% of the total procedure fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
HTG Hair Transplant Group will endeavor to ensure that your procedure runs on schedule.
However, for reasons beyond our control, we may need to cancel or postpone your
procedure at short notice. In this unlikely event:
• Every effort will be made to contact you in advance.
• The deposit sum will be refunded.
• No compensation will be offered.
HTG Hair Transplant Group reserves the right to amend booked surgery dates. Any changes
are rare and undertaken in the patient’s best interest and safety. If a surgery date is
amended, the deposit sum will be transferred to the next available date.
Changes to Surgery
For revision cases:
• If the patient is dissatisfied with the results and the surgeon/medical team agrees, a
complimentary revision session may be arranged. (HTG retains sole discretion to
decide otherwise).
• If the patient desires a fill/refill session in the same area covered previously
(excluding new areas requiring full replanning), the cost will be at discretion of HTG.
Privacy Policy
A separate privacy policy applies.
Patient Obligations
• The contract is conditional upon the acceptance of the patient by the Surgeon
based on their consultation.
• The patient must read all provided information to understand potential outcomes
fully.
• The patient must follow all post-operative instructions.
• The patient must inform HTG of any concerns before publicising information online
or elsewhere.
• The patient must adhere to aftercare procedures and attend follow-up
appointments as required.
• The patient must not seek external, non-qualified care as this will void aftercare
support.
• The patient understands that clinical staff may not be available 24/7, and
appointments are subject to availability.
• The patient must provide full and accurate medical information. Failure to disclose
medical history or medication may result in cancellation without a refund.
• The patient acknowledges that a Patient Care Coordinator is not a Doctor or
Surgeon.
• The patient accepts that treatment will only be provided once payment has been
received.
• The minimum age for consultation or surgery is 18 years.
• The patient is responsible for understanding the consent form before signing.
Accepted Payment Types
• Cash
• Bank Transfer/BACS (Use procedure date in dd/mm/yy format + Surname as
reference).
• Debit & Credit Cards.
Surgery bookings are available upon finance approval. Surgery dates must be booked at
least two weeks in advance.
This document outlines the terms of your hair transplant procedure with HTG Hair
Transplant Group. By confirming your booking and making payment, you agree to abide by
these terms.
